Over 300 organisations are calling for a rethink on refugee protection: there's another way!

For World Refugee Day 2026, a broad alliance of civil society organisations, including welfare groups, human rights campaigners, churches, and community organisations, is taking a stand against the disenfranchisement of people seeking protection under the slogan „There is another way! Together for protection and cohesion“. 75 years after the adoption of the Geneva Refugee Convention, they are formulating a vision for the future of strong refugee protection that benefits everyone in a memorandum.
